1R-cis-Permethrinic acid - Production method
The preparation method is to use (±) cis-dichlorochrysanthemum acid for resolution, and the resolution agent can use L-( )-Su-type-N,N-dimethyl p-nitrophenyl -1,3-Propanediol, 1-phenyl -2-p-methyl phenylethylamine, (-)-1-p-methyl phenethylamine, etc.
Place (±) cis-dichlorochrysanthemum acid and (-)-1-p-methylaniline in a round bottom flask, slowly heat to dissolve, and then cool the solution to room temperature to obtain () cis-dichlorochrysanthemum acid and The salt formed by the splitting agent, then it was extracted with ether and desolted to obtain 1R-cis-dichlorochrysanthemum acid with optical purity of 98.1%. If (-)-1-phenyl-2-p-methylphenylethylamine is used as the resolution agent, the optical purity of 1R-cis-dichlorochrysanthemum acid obtained is low.
